If you can answer yes to ANY of the following questions, your home may have low Indoor Air Quality. Other signs include; condensation of windows, musty smells, damp surfaces, discolored ceilings, respiratory issues, and/or lingering headaches.

  • Is it humid or uncomfortable in your home?
  • Do you find yourself having to turn the thermostat below 75 degrees F to get your home cool?
  • Does anyone in the home have allergies or respiratory issues?
  • Is noise from either unit an issue?
  • Has your electric bill become too high?
  • Have you noticed dust coming from your air conditioning vents?
  • Does the air in your home seem stale or stagnant?
  • Would you like to be able to control the comfort in each room of your home separately?
  • Are there unwanted odors in your home?
  • So What Causes “Bad” Air Anyway?

There are many different factors that can lead to the deterioration of Indoor Air Quality. Harmful chemicals and gases from candles or aerosol cans can build up over time. Dust, dander, and pollen can also build up if not cleaned or filtered out on a regular basis. Poor home insulation can cause a number of other effects, including too high or too low humidity, mold, and outside pollutants infiltrating your home.

The Right Solutions to Help You Breathe Better

Air Purifiers

Our Air Purification Systems reduce concentrations of pollutants through a combination of hospital-grade filtration and a process called photo-catalytic oxidation, which breaks down household odors and chemical vapors into harmless carbon dioxide and water.

Air filter can help reduce an enormous amount pollutants in your home as the air gets recirculated throughout your vents. 98% Of all the harmful dust, mold spurs, and other harmful particles will be eliminated with one of our top of the line Air Filter systems.

Germicidal Lights

Germicidal lights use powerful rays of ultraviolet light to control and kill contaminants like viruses, bacteria, yeast and mold that build up in your home when you have inadequate air ventilation or high humidity. Installed inside your duct system, a germicidal light improves the air in your entire home.

There’s a fine balance to getting humidity levels right in your home so the air inside is comfortable and as healthy as can be. A good humidifier can help maintain proper moisture levels. These whole-home systems can be particularly beneficial during winter months, when indoor air tends to get dry largely due to low humidity levels outside.

Designed to easily integrate with most heating and cooling systems, our dehumidifiers can control humidity in your entire home or a single area. They are easier to use and less intrusive than portable dehumidifiers, and there’s no need to empty buckets of water.

Heat Recovery Ventilators (RVs) and Energy Recovery Ventilators (RVs) allow you to replace stale indoor air with fresher, cleaner outdoor air.

Yes, several manufactures have developed new systems that contain environmentally- friendly refrigerants such as R-410A and similar blends. 410A is a chlorine-free coolant that is safe for the Earth’s ozone-layer and delivers superior cooling than traditional refrigerants. All systems that used R-22 will be phased out and replaced with 410A systems. And by 2020, no more R-22 can be manufactured.
